Grayscale Investments, LLC has undergone a corporate reorganization where it merged into Grayscale Operating, LLC, with Digital Currency Group, Inc. continuing as the surviving entity, and the Additional Sponsor assuming all rights and obligations under the Sponsor Contracts, effective January 1, 2025.
