On January 5, 2026, Evolution Metals & Technologies Corp. completed a merger with Welsbach Technology Metals Acquisition Corp., with EM becoming a wholly owned subsidiary. As part of the merger, EM acquired significant Korean companies and received approximately $4.76 billion worth of common stock for the transaction.
