On May 29, 2025, Elme Communities held its annual meeting where shareholders elected several trustees and approved executive compensation, including Jennifer S. Banner and Benjamin S. Butcher among others, with significant votes for the proposals. The shareholders also ratified Ernst & Young as their independent auditors for 2025.
