Everus Construction Group, Inc. has dismissed Deloitte & Touche LLP as its independent auditor and appointed KPMG LLP for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, effective January 14, 2026. Deloitte's past audits from fiscal years 2023 and 2024 showed no significant issues.
