Ecopetrol S.A. has announced a cash tender offer for its outstanding 5.375% Notes due 2026, originally started on October 8, 2024, with new key dates set for October 16, 18, and 21, 2024. Investors can tender the $1.25 billion in notes at a total price of $1,011.90 per $1,000 face value.
