Emergent BioSolutions Inc. announced that its previously issued audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022 should no longer be relied upon due to certain errors in the calculation and review of the Company's net state deferred tax liability, which is material to the Company's results of operations. The Company plans to restate its financial statements and file an amendment to the 2022 Annual Report.
