Eastern Bankshares, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its insurance operations to Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. for approximately $510 million, and has also entered into an agreement to acquire Cambridge Bancorp and Cambridge Trust Company through a merger.
