Eni S.p.A. reported buying 2,295,840 treasury shares between February 2 and February 6, 2026, for approximately €40 million at an average price of €17.42 per share. Since starting the buyback program on May 20, 2025, Eni has purchased a total of 115.37 million shares, representing 3.67% of its share capital for around €1.74 billion.
