Eni S.p.A. reported acquiring 3,060,277 treasury shares between November 10 and 14, 2025, at an average price of €16.34 each, totaling approximately €50 million. Since the start of the buyback program on May 20, 2025, Eni has bought back 81,017,169 shares (2.57% of equity) for a total of €1.18 billion.
