Duos Technologies Group, Inc. entered into an Employment Agreement with their Chief Financial Officer, Andrew W. Murphy, for a term through March 31, 2025, with the possibility of automatic extensions. Mr. Murphy will receive a base salary of $224,720 and is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
