DT Midstream, Inc. amended its Credit Agreement to allow for a $700 million bridge loan to fund the purchase of equity interests in Guardian Pipeline, Midwestern Gas Transmission, and Viking Gas Transmission, with $293.7 million currently committed under this facility.
