On April 25, 2025, Dominari Holdings Inc. announced the resignation of its auditor, Marcum LLP, effective after CBIZ CPAs P.C. acquired Marcum’s attest business; CBIZ is now the new auditor for fiscal year 2025. There were no disagreements with Marcum on financial matters prior to their resignation.
