Digital Realty Trust, Inc. and Blackstone Inc. have entered into a joint venture to develop four hyperscale data center campuses in Frankfurt, Paris, and Northern Virginia, with an estimated development cost of $7 billion and a total potential IT load capacity of 500 megawatts.
