HF Sinclair Corp entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement on November 18, 2025, to repurchase 437,238 shares of its common stock for $54.89 per share, totaling $24 million, as part of its $1 billion share repurchase program. To date, the company has repurchased $515 million worth of shares under this program.
