DHI Group, Inc.'s Chief Operating Officer, Chris Henderson, will step down from his position effective July 31, 2023, with his direct reports now reporting to the President and CEO. Henderson will receive continued payment of his base salary, accelerated vesting of restricted stock, and medical and dental benefits.
