Ceridian HCM Holding Inc. approved an increase in the short-term incentive target for Christopher R. Armstrong, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and approved the Ceridian HCM Holding Inc. 2023 Management Incentive Plan. They also made amendments to their bylaws and granted equity awards to certain members of management.
