On May 13, 2025, Community Health Systems, Inc. stockholders approved the amendment of the 2009 Stock Option Plan and changes in the leadership roles of Regional Presidents, with the latter no longer designated as executive officers. They also voted to exculpate certain officers and ratified Deloitte & Touche LLP as the accounting firm for 2025.
