Community Health Systems, Inc. and its subsidiaries (the CHS Selling Entities) have entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with Florida Health Sciences Center, Inc. to sell their assets linked to health facilities in Florida. The estimated purchase amount is $290 million. The deal has various conditions and is yet to be consummated, currently projected to close in the fourth quarter of 2023.
