On July 28, 2025, Community Health Systems, Inc. announced a $1.79 billion offering of 9.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2034 to refinance existing 5.625% Notes due 2027 and launched a cash tender offer for the 2027 Notes, increasing its size by $287 million.
