Clearway Energy's subsidiary, LV-Daggett Parent Holdco, has entered into a Purchase Agreement to acquire certain membership interests in Luna Valley Solar and Daggett Solar Power for a total cash purchase price of approximately $89.7 million and $53.2 million respectively.
