On March 11, 2025, Clearwater Analytics announced a merger agreement to acquire Beacon Platform for approximately $560 million, with 60% in cash and 40% in stock, and also agreed to purchase Bistro for $125 million, with $10 million in cash and the rest in stock. The merger is subject to customary closing conditions and may not close before April 25, 2025.
