CPS Technologies Corp. has announced the appointment of Brian Mackey as the new President and Chief Executive Officer. Effective August 14, 2023, Mackey, prior Chief Executive Officer of Engi-Mat Co., will receive an annual base salary of $300,000 along with an annual bonus, a lump sum payment for relocation expenses, and an option to purchase up to 200,000 shares of the company's common stock.
