Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC and Compass Diversified Holdings (CODI) announce a cash distribution of $0.25 per common share for Q2 2023, payable on July 27, 2023 to shareholders of record on July 20, 2023. CODI will also make a distribution on their 7.250% Series A, 7.875% Series B and 7.875% Series C Preferred Shares, covering the period from April 30, 2023 to July 29, 2023, payable on July 30, 2023.
