First Light Acquisition Group, Inc. entered into a Subscription Agreement with an investor, Dr. Ronald Rigor, for the purchase of shares and warrants, and appointed Dr. Rigor to the Scientific and Medical Advisory Board. They also acknowledged Dr. Rigor's strategic investment in subsidiary Nova Cell and approved the assignment of intellectual property rights to Nova Cell.
