Cigna Group announced its Investor Day, where they will reaffirm projected full year 2024 consolidated adjusted revenues of at least $235 billion and adjusted income from operations of at least $28.25 per share, as well as raise their long-term average annual adjusted EPS growth target to 10%-14%.
