Cetus Capital Acquisition Corp. has entered into a Business Combination Agreement with MKD Technology Inc. and other parties, and has extended the Outside Date for the agreement. They have also held a special meeting of stockholders to approve an amendment to extend the date for consummating the initial business combination.
