Central Puerto S.A. signed a subscription agreement to increase its stake in AbraSilver Resource Corp. from 4% to 9.9%, which is subject to regulatory approval and expected to finalize on or around February 6, 2025. AbraSilver's Diablillos project has proven reserves of 42.3 million tons containing approximately 124 million ounces of silver and 1.1 million ounces of gold, with funding aimed at completing a feasibility study by December.
