On May 20, 2025, Celularity Inc. extended the maturity date of a Convertible Promissory Note to August 15, 2025, and issued 100,000 shares of restricted common stock to YA II PN, Ltd. as part of the agreement. The shares will have registration rights for resale in future filings.
