Cadre Holdings, Inc. has amended its Purchase Agreement dated October 28, 2025, with Safariland, LLC and RG Beck AZ, Inc., now reflecting a total purchase price of $145 million, consisting of $120 million in cash and $25 million in common stock, with the transaction expected to close on January 30, 2026.
