Cogent Communications Holdings, Inc. has completed the acquisition of the U.S. long-haul fiber network of Sprint Communications and its subsidiaries for a purchase price of $1, subject to adjustments, and has entered into transition services and commercial services agreements with T-Mobile and its affiliates.
