Capital Bancorp, Inc. completed its merger with Integrated Financial Holdings, Inc. on October 1, 2024, where each share of IFHI was converted into 1.115 shares of Capital stock and $5.36 in cash. Michael Breckheimer was appointed Senior Vice President and Marc McConnell joined the Board of Directors as part of the merger.
