Camden National Corp filed an amendment to its Articles of Incorporation to provide for the annual election of directors and eliminate the classified board structure, and an amendment to permit amendments to the company's bylaws by majority vote of shareholders. Shareholders approved these amendments at the 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
