Witty, effective January 1, 2025, with a transition agreement that includes a $180,000 annual salary as a senior advisor until June 30, 2025, and a cash incentive payout based on company performance. Christopher J. Arntzen has been promoted to Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, effective the same date.
