Oxus Acquisition Corp. has entered into a Business Combination Agreement with 1000397116 Ontario Inc. and Borealis Foods Inc., where Oxus will domesticate and continue as a corporation existing under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and amalgamate with Borealis.
