On July 16, 2025, Popular, Inc. announced plans to increase its quarterly common stock dividend from $0.70 to $0.75 per share starting in Q4 2025, pending Board approval, and to repurchase up to $500 million of its common stock, in addition to the $500 million repurchase program from July 2024.
