Banzai International Inc. entered into a securities purchase agreement for a private placement of warrants to purchase up to 1,176,471 shares of its common stock at varying exercise prices, and it also announced a merger agreement with ClearDoc, Inc. (OpenReel) where OpenReel will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Banzai.
