Banco BBVA Argentina S.A. announced the payment of a dividend installment totaling AR$ 3,933,912,666 (approximately AR$ 19.20 per share) to shareholders, effective from January 30, 2026. This payment is based on a total dividend amount of AR$ 89,413,163,000 authorized by a previous meeting on April 23, 2025, adjusted for inflation to AR$ 117,621,853,555 as of December 31, 2024.
