Banco BBVA Argentina S.A. proposed a partial write-off of $264,227,684,640 from reserves for dividends, subject to Central Bank approval, at the Annual Shareholders Meeting on April 26, 2024. The equivalent value today is $400,627,017,508 based on the March consumer price index.
