BayFirst Financial Corp. announced the appointment of Scott J. McKim as the new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, beginning from July 24, 2023. Rhonda S. Tudor will also become the Principal Accounting Officer, having been the Bank's Chief Accounting Officer since April 2021. As part of his contract, McKim will draw a minimum annual salary of $275,000, subject to annual increases.
