ATI Inc.'s Senior Vice President and Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, Elliot S. Davis, announced his retirement effective October 1, 2024, and will serve as Special Advisor until then. A Retirement Agreement has been entered into with provisions restricting competition and solicitation for 24 months after retirement.
