Athene Holding Ltd., through its subsidiary Athene Life Re Ltd., has entered into an agreement with Athene Co-Invest Reinsurance Affiliate Holding, selling 50% of its non-voting, economic interests for approximately $640 million. The company has also entered into multiple credit agreements, securing access to borrowings with Citibank, N.A., and Wells Fargo Bank.
