Amtech Systems Inc. has appointed Mark Weaver as Interim Chief Financial Officer effective December 16, 2025, succeeding Wade M. Jenke, who resigned. Weaver will receive an annual salary of $290,000 and his interim role is expected to last until March 30, 2026.
