Armata Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has entered into a separation and release agreement with former CEO, Dr. Brian Varnum, effective from July 10, 2023. As per the agreement, Dr. Varnum is entitled to continued payment of his base salary for twelve months post his employment termination date and payment of his monthly COBRA premium cost for up to twelve months.
