On November 3, 2025, American Resources Corp reported that its holding company, ReElement Technologies, secured a $1.4 billion joint partnership deal with the U.S. Department of War to enhance domestic rare earth magnet production, in which the company owns about 19% of shares. This initiative aims to bolster U.S. supply chains for critical minerals by increasing magnet production capacity to 10,000 metric tonnes.
