ArcBest Corp held its 2024 annual meeting of stockholders and the following proposals were voted on and approved: election of directors, annual advisory vote on executive compensation, ratification of appointment of Ernst & Young as independent registered public accounting firm, and amendment of the company's certificate of incorporation.
