ArcBest Corporation held its 2023 annual meeting of stockholders and the following proposals were voted on: election of directors, advisory vote on executive compensation, frequency of future advisory votes on executive compensation, ratification of appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as independent registered public accounting firm, and approval of amendment to the company's Restated Certificate of Incorporation.
