Aqua Metals, Inc. announced that it has entered into an Underwriting Agreement with The Benchmark Company, LLC for an underwritten offering of 15,820,000 shares of its common stock, along with an over-allotment option for the Underwriter to purchase up to an additional 2,373,000 shares. The gross proceeds from the offering are estimated to be $17,402,000.
