Swiftmerge Acquisition Corp. has entered into a Merger Agreement with HDL Therapeutics, Inc. for a business combination, where HDL will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Swiftmerge and Swiftmerge will be renamed HDL Therapeutics, Inc.
