Aemetis Biogas LLC has amended the Series A Preferred Unit Purchase Agreement with Protair-X Americas and Third Eye Capital Corportation, with ABGL needing to redeem all outstanding Series A Preferred Units by paying an aggregate of $132.5 million on or before 2:00 p.m. EST on August 31, 2023. A closing fee of $2.5 million will also be paid to the purchaser on the final redemption date.
