Amplify Energy Corp. appointed Daniel Furbee as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective March 17, 2023, and entered into an employment agreement with him. Martyn Willsher became the Interim Chief Financial Officer. Richard P. Smiley will provide transition services to the company until the Separation Date, and a Transition and Separation Agreement was entered into.
